Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed within 24 hours from the date and time of receipt, according to the following conditions:

  • The invoice printing date must not exceed 3 days.

  • The products must be in their original packaging and in the same original condition.

  • The products should not be sold from the showroom as the last piece.

  • Not to be products  Has been damaged due to misuse or shows signs of wear, even if still under warranty.

  • Bedspreads, mattresses and accessories (lampshades, murals, paintings, quilts, curtains and carpets) cannot be returned or exchanged after receipt.

  • Products that have already been installed cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there are manufacturing defects.

  • The full amount of the invoice must be paid within a maximum period of 7 days. If this period is exceeded, the invoice will be automatically cancelled and the amount will not be refunded.

  • The company reserves the right to check for defects and will repair or replace products that have a manufacturing defect at the discretion of the maintenance department.

  • The customer has the right to receive the purchased items within a maximum period of one month from the date of purchase.

  • The company provides a free one-month storage service. If the storage period exceeds the given period, which is 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer shall pay a fee of 5%.  From the invoice value for each month of storage, and the company has the right to cancel the invoice and not refund the amount if the customer refuses to pay the storage fees within a period of 7 days from the date of notifying the customer of the storage value.

  • The company is not responsible for any damage or defects in the products if the customer receives them without installation, and the company is not responsible for subsequent installation.

  • The company is not responsible for any damage or shortages in the products if they are shipped and installed by a party outside the company.

  • If the refund process is completed according to the announced conditions, the company will transfer the required amount to a bank account within 10 days.  a job.

  • The customer is not entitled to return the invoice that was approved for installments through a bank or a financing company, and he is entitled to replace it with the same value.

  • If an invoice is issued  After the approval of one of the financing bodies and the selected products are on sale, the remaining balance will be kept until the customer uses it again for a period not exceeding one month.

  • In the event that the refund process is completed according to the conditions stated above, the company will transfer the required amount to the same account of the company, institution or individual from whom the payment or transfer was made within 10 working days. In the event that a transfer is requested to another account, the applicant shall submit an official letter signed and certified by the relevant authority without any responsibility on the part of the company (Elite Vision Company).

  • In the event that an invoice is requested and issued for a product or the customer is provided with a price quote or service  If the price was incorrect or the information was incorrect due to an error in recording the correct price or information about products or services, the company has the right to: either contact the customer to clarify the error and how to deal with it or cancel the order and notify the customer of the cancellation.
