Product care tips
- Do not use Chilk products for anything other than their intended purpose
- Do not open doors and drawers at the same time to prevent furniture from tipping over for products consisting of many drawers and doors, such as dressers and bedside tables.
- Do not overload your furniture, avoid weights that may harm the balance of the product, and install it on a flat floor.
- Check whether the wheel brake is off or on for furniture with wheels.
- Protect your furniture from extreme hot and cold environments and from long-term exposure to direct sunlight.
- Sharp and pointed objects, acidic liquids can damage the surface quality of your furniture.
- Do not use adhesives, stickers, etc. that damage the surface quality of your furniture.
- When you want to clean or disassemble your furniture, first remove the light plug, if any, from the electrical outlet.
- To clean the Chilk product, use a damp, soft cloth with water only and do not use detergents so as not to scratch the product.
- Check the hinge connection screws and hinge adjusting screws at regular intervals to prevent any loosening of the doors.
- Products should be placed so that there is at least 2 cm of space between the walls. This way, you will prevent moisture and mold growth by providing ventilation to the back of the product.
