Cilek - 1996
It all started with the first design...
In 1996 when we established a family business in Turkey, we began to strive to embody children's dreams in their rooms.
First commercial export - 1996
We made our first export to Ukraine.
We were thrilled the day we took our first steps to introduce a Turkish brand to the world, sailing from Inegol to the rest of the world.
CILEK.COM - 1997
We launched our own website.
Cilek.com started its life in digital broadcasting.
1998
Opening our first store in Bursa.
We started the warranty system.
1999
Published our first TV ad
Creating our own Cilek Academy.
2000
We moved to our new factory
2001 - The first store outside Türkiye
Our first store services outside Türkiye have begun
In 2001, our first store was opened in Malta
2002
We obtained the first GS quality certificate.

2007 - Furniture Export Championship
2000 trailer trucks went to Switzerland
Never forget, we earned the title of Export Champion the year we sent our 2000th truck to Switzerland, and exported to 66 countries.

We received the Most Appreciated Company Award
We adopted Toyota's production philosophy.
2009
Our Cilek Charitable Foundation was created.
2010
We ranked first in customer satisfaction.
We have reached 444 points of sale in 66 countries.
2013
We signed the United Nations Global Compact.
We received ISO 14001 document.

Electronic sales began.
We have been chosen to be the most innovative brand.
2015
We received the European Union Excellence Award.

We set up our own R&D center
The Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology approved our R&D Center on November 27, 2015. Our main goal is to systematically improve all works within the scope of product, process and software development coordinated by the R&D Center.
*We employed 46 engineers and technicians in Cilek Ar-Ge Center.

The World Bank declared us an international brand.

We established Chilk USA in California.

We adopted the minimalist office philosophy.

We built our own design center.
Building our Cilek Design Center in the same year we received the Best Design Award in Turkey.

Headquartered in Çelek is a design center composed of industrial designers, architects and graphic designers as the core design “core”. The goal is to bring together all the processes of product design, graphics and visual arrangement and keep them in one place under one roof and form a common language from the birth of the product until the product reaches the customers in the stores.
2018
We bought the brand and design rights of CS Schmal Möbel 1896 Germany.
2019
Establishment of CS Schmal office in Bad Salzuflen.
2020
We were among the top 3 in the most admired furniture category in Türkiye.
2021
We have become the best customer experience management brand in the furniture category.

In Turkey's Most Admired Companies Survey, we were recognized as Turkey's Most Admired Company in the Furniture Category.
