Warranty and delivery policy

*The company provides maintenance for five years on the wooden frames, rails, hinges and weights as much as possible without incurring the costs of spare parts.
*The company offers a two-year warranty from the date of receipt on any manufacturing defects.
*The company offers only one year warranty on electrical appliances.
*The warranty includes fabrics, leather, hinges, hydraulics, rails, and foam landing of the sofas.
*The warranty is void in the following cases:
* Misuse (breakage, exposure to sunlight, tear in the fabric, and any use contrary to the nature of using the product) or any natural disasters, God forbid.
*The company provides free maintenance for damages covered by the warranty.
*If the maintenance is outside the warranty, the value is charged to the customer, and the customer has the right to know the prices before ordering and pay the value if approved before starting work.

Return and exchange policy
Returns or exchanges are permitted within 24 hours from the date and time of receipt, according to the following conditions:
*The customer has the right to exchange and refund the invoice amount if he does not receive the products and if the products are not sold from the showroom as the last piece, within 3 days from the date of issuing the invoice.
*The products must be in the original packaging and in the same original condition.
*The products must not have been damaged as a result of misuse or show signs of wear, even if they are still covered by warranty.

*Bedding and mattresses that have been taken out of their packaging may not be returned or exchanged.
* Products that have already been installed may not be returned or exchanged, unless there are manufacturing defects.
*The full amount of the invoice must be paid within a maximum period of 7 days. If this period is exceeded, the invoice will be automatically cancelled.
*The company reserves the right to verify defects and will repair or replace products that have a manufacturing defect at the discretion of the maintenance department.
*The customer has the right to receive the purchased items within a maximum period of one month from the date of purchase.
*The company offers a free storage service for one month. If the storage exceeds the given period of 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer is responsible for paying a fee of 5% of the invoice value for each month of storage.
*The company is not responsible for any damage or deficiencies in the products if the customer receives them without installation, and the company is not responsible for subsequent installation.
*The company is not responsible for any damage or deficiencies in the products if they were shipped and installed by a party outside the company.
*If the return process is completed according to the announced conditions, the company will transfer the required amount to a bank account within 10 working days.

Delivery and installation policy

* Free delivery for orders of 5000 riyals and more to all cities in the Kingdom.
*Delivery fee is 100 riyals for orders less than 5,000 riyals.

*Installation costs 400 riyals for all orders.
*After the purchase process, the customer service representative will contact the customer within a maximum of 48 hours to schedule a delivery and installation appointment.
*Delivery and installation time is 10 to 15 days on normal days and 25 to 30 days on sale days.
