Warranty Policy

  • The company provides two years of maintenance from the invoice date for wooden items, tracks, hinges, and alignment adjustments to the best extent possible, without covering spare parts costs.
  • The warranty includes fabrics, leather, hinges, hydraulics, and tracks.
  • The warranty does not cover electrical products.
  • The warranty becomes void in cases of misuse (e.g., breakage, exposure to sunlight, fabric tears, or the use of inappropriate cleaning materials for furniture) or natural disasters, God forbid.
  • The warranty is void if delivery and installation are done by a third party outside the company.
  • If the maintenance request falls outside the warranty coverage, the cost will be charged to the customer. Customers have the right to inquire about prices before placing the request and must approve and pay the cost before work begins.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of the receipt date and time, subject to the following conditions:

  • The invoice date must not exceed 3 days.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and in the same original condition.
  • Products sold as "last piece" from the showroom cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or show signs of wear, even if still under warranty, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Bedding, mattresses, and accessories (e.g., lamps, wall decor, paintings, quilts, curtains, rugs) cannot be returned or exchanged after receipt.
  • Products that have already been installed cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have manufacturing defects.
  • The full invoice amount must be paid within 7 days. If this deadline is exceeded, the invoice will be automatically canceled, and the amount will not be refunded.
  • The company reserves the right to inspect defects and will repair or replace products with manufacturing defects at the discretion of the maintenance department.
  • Customers must collect purchased items within one month of the purchase date.
  • The company offers one month of free storage. If storage exceeds the 30-day period, the customer will incur a 5% monthly storage fee based on the invoice value. The company reserves the right to cancel the invoice and retain the amount if the customer refuses to pay the storage fees within 7 days of notification.
  • The company is not responsible for any damage or missing items if the customer collects products without installation. The company is also not responsible for subsequent installation.
  • The company is not responsible for any damage or missing items if products are shipped or installed by a third party.
  • If a return is made under the specified conditions, the company will transfer the refund amount to a bank account within 10 business days.
  • Customers who purchase through installment agreements with a bank or financing company cannot receive a refund but may exchange items of equivalent value.
  • If an invoice is issued after approval by a financing entity and includes discounted products, the remaining balance will be retained for future use by the customer for up to one month.
  • If a return is made under the above-stated conditions, the company will transfer the refund amount to the same account used for the payment or transfer within 10 business days. If the customer requests a transfer to a different account, they must provide an official, signed, and certified letter from the concerned entity. The company (Elite Vision Company) assumes no liability in such cases.
  • If an invoice is issued for a product, quotation, or service with incorrect pricing or details due to an error, the company reserves the right to:
    • Contact the customer to clarify the error and resolve it.
    • Cancel the order and notify the customer of the cancellation.
